This documentary explores identity and belonging. It focuses on Tap Dancer, Johnathan Morin, raised in foster care, on a journey of self discovery as he balances his love for the African American art form, Tap, with his yearning to know his family’s Indigenous Nehiyaw heritage. In pursuit of his people’s knowledge of music, dance, teachings and community, Johnathan’s world is rocked as he is asked to make a big sacrifice. Intended for Mature audiences.
